Courses

Courses are usually run on weekday mornings or evenings (online or onsite) over a number of weeks. The courses are designed to deliver in-depth knowledge of the subject in a meaningful way.

Workshops

Workshops mostly run over weekends for either a half or full day. These events are a good introduction to the type of days we run. They are perfect for beginners and for people who just want a day of retreat.

Programmes

The Sanctuary hosts a numbers of professional development courses throughout the year. These can be courses for professionals or for people who want to become mindfulness teachers or maybe already working in the teaching field either in schools or in other organisations.

Room Bookings

Host your event in the idyllic surroundings of the Sanctuary. Choose the Blue Room or the Library  with access to the gardens and the acoustic Qigong circle, a beautiful location for meetings, team building events and other occasions.
We can also provide you with a half or full day of facilitated workshops for your team. Pick the theme within mindfulness, yoga or sound bath and bring your team day to the Sanctuary.

Community Meditation

Community is integral to the Sanctuary. Creating a space where everyone is welcome to join in and to enjoy different types and styles of meditation. We have weekly onsite and online meditations to suit all.
