Four Week Yoga Fundamentals
Service Description
Whether you are a beginner, or returning to yoga after a pause, or even a regular practitioner curious to revisit the essential elements of a yoga practice, this series of four classes is created for you. Each week introduces: – A basic Pranayama (breath work) practice. – An introductory meditation technique. – Key yoga poses themed around yoga philosophy to inspire a mindful yoga practice. – A relaxation method. The pace of this class is slow, to support your individual practice and to enable a deeper awareness and experience of foundational yoga practices. Adopting a beginner’s mind each time we come to our yoga mat helps engage our curiosity and opens us up to new possibilities and insights.
