Service Description
Qi Gong ( Energy cultivation ) is the Chinese term used to describe exercises of the body and mind. Qigong comprises of gentle body movement exercises along with breathwork. These movements cultivate health, longevity and a deeper sense of being in our world. Like Yoga in India, Qigong has many different styles and approaches, emphasising different aspects. From the harder or more vigorous martial arts styles, to the softer or more internal/ spiritual styles. This course will build on Mark’s previous workshops that he has facilitated over the summer in the Sanctuary, allowing people to develop and deepen their Qigong practice together. Start Day & Date: Wednesday 2nd of October 2024 Duration: 4 Weeks (Last Day 23rd of October) Time: 11am-12.30pm
